SMART MD Peptides / SMART LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds on research compounds under any circumstances. All purchases are final at the point of transaction. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

1. Nature of Research Compounds

All products sold by SMART MD Peptides / SMART LLC are research-grade biochemical compounds sold exclusively for in vitro and preclinical research purposes. These products:

• Are produced under strict quality control conditions specific to each batch
• Are lyophilized or otherwise prepared for long-term stability at specific storage conditions
• Cannot be restocked, reprocessed, or resold once transferred to a purchaser
• Are produced in verified batches with unique Certificate of Analysis documentation
• Are subject to regulatory compliance requirements that prohibit return once transferred

Due to the nature of these compounds and the integrity requirements of the research supply chain, all sales are final with no exceptions.

2. No Refunds — No Returns

SMART MD Peptides / SMART LLC will not:

• Accept returned research compounds under any circumstances
• Issue full or partial refunds for completed purchases
• Issue store credit in lieu of refunds
• Process chargebacks initiated without prior written dispute through our contact channels

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the return request, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering error, storage error by the purchaser, or dissatisfaction with research outcomes.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

SMART MD Peptides will investigate claims involving:

• Shipping damage — Evidence required within 48 hours of delivery (photos, tracking confirmation, packaging documentation)
• Missing items — Must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with tracking documentation
• Incorrect items — Must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence

Investigation and resolution of verified claims may result in replacement of the specific item at SMART MD Peptides' discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Monetary refunds will not be issued even in these cases.

4. Membership Subscriptions

Monthly membership subscriptions (SIGNAL at $98/month, APEX at $398/month) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Cancellation may be initiated at any time through your account portal or by contacting support at [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued on subscription plans.

5. Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on smartmdpeptides.com, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

• They are purchasing research-grade compounds for legitimate in vitro or preclinical research purposes only
• They are a qualified researcher operating in an appropriate research environment
• They are not purchasing products for human or animal consumption
• All sales are final and no refunds or returns will be honored
• They have reviewed and agree to SMART MD Peptides' full Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Research Use Policy
