1. Purchaser Eligibility

3. Regulatory Compliance

All products are sold in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c) as research-use-only products. SMART MD Peptides complies with applicable federal regulations governing the sale of research compounds. Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

4. Certificate of Analysis (COA) Verification

5. Storage and Handling

Purchasers are responsible for the proper storage and handling of research compounds. SMART MD Peptides provides storage recommendations with each product. Improper storage that affects compound integrity after delivery is not the responsibility of SMART MD Peptides.

SMART MD Peptides makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application. Products are sold as-is based on COA data. SMART MD Peptides shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
