All orders ship via USPS or UPS from within the United States. Standard shipping is included at no additional cost for domestic (US) orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment (varies by location). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. International shipping is not available at this time.
SMART MD Peptides maintains quality partnerships with a network of verified U.S.-based research laboratories (the "Vetted Lab Network"). To ensure timely fulfillment — particularly during periods of high order volume — orders may be fulfilled directly by a verified partner laboratory.
Products fulfilled through the Vetted Lab Network meet identical quality standards: same 3-lab independent verification (HPLC, mass spectrometry, LAL endotoxin assay), same lot-specific COA documentation, same research-use-only labeling. Product packaging and vial labeling may differ from website imagery when fulfilled through a partner lab. This does not indicate any difference in product quality or verification status.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. Once received, store at -20°C or as indicated on the COA documentation. Some products may ship with cold packs during warm-weather months.
